This refund policy applies to FlexZone Editions digital PDF guides.
Digital delivery
Our products are digital files or digital access. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are reviewed carefully after delivery.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered when:
- You were charged but did not receive access or delivery after support verification.
- The delivered file is broken, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description.
- A duplicate accidental purchase is verified.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be declined when the digital product was successfully delivered and accessed, or when the request is based on a change of mind after access.
How to request a refund
Contact flexzonebd@flexzonebd.com with your order email, product name, order ID if available, and the issue. We may request additional information to verify the order.
Payment processor review
When FastSpring checkout is active, eligible refunds may also be handled according to FastSpring order records and payment rules.

If you cannot access a purchased guide, contact us first. We will try to fix delivery or provide the correct download before considering a refund.
